As a Kinokuniya Privilege Card member, you are entitled to KPC Price. To enjoy the privilege, provide your valid card number when you create an account.
If you apply for your Kinokuniya Privilege Card after creating an online account, access “Your Account” from the top left hand “Your Page” button after login to your online account and provide your valid card number to enjoy KPC Price.
For existing Kinokuniya Privilege Card members, if you are unable to input your valid Kinokuniya Privilege Card Number and into 'Your account', please input your Name on Card, Card Number, and Card Expiry Date into 'Remarks Column'under Delivery Page during CHECK OUT. Your membership privileges will be applied when your order is processed.
For members who have just applied for or renewed your Kinokuniya Privilege Card membership via online payment, please input into the the “Remarks column” under Delivery page during CHECK OUT: 'NEW' or 'RENEWAL', your 'Name to appear on Card' and the 'Merchant Reference Code' (four-digits) received from eNETS upon your successful transaction, for our identification of your valid membership status with us.
