1. Find the Items You Want
You need to browse or search for the items you would like to buy. Keyword search box is located on every page. You can also utilise advanced search. When you find an item that interests you, click the title of the item to see detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our Fulfilment Centre.
2. Add the Items to Your Cart
If you find the items you would like to buy, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's detail page. You can keep searching or browsing until your basket contains all of the items you want to buy.
3. Check the Items You Added
Click "View Cart" from the Cart button to see all of the items you've added. You can remove the item(s) you do not want or change the order quantity. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Cart, click the "CHECK OUT" button.
4. Sign in
You will be asked to sign in to go to the next step if you haven't. You can create an account if you are new or continue to check out as a guest.
5. Enter Shipping Information
Select "Other address" and tell us where you would like to send your order when you want us to deliver your order to another address.Select “Other address” and enter the information if you wish the billing address to be different from the Shipping Address in the Tax Receipt.
6. Choose a Shipping Method
Please select Priority Shipment if you require us to send the available items first. Each subsequent delivery will be charged at THB 50-80 (Delivery option available)
7. Choose a Giftwrapping Paper and/or Message Card (optional)
Select Gift wrapping option if you wish us to gift wrap your ordered items. Click “Next” and you can choose a wrapping paper. You can also send a card with the item. Select "ATTACH MESSAGE CARD" and type the message you want to print in the box which will appear.
8. Enter Payment Information
"Add a credit card" if you want to use another credit card you have or update expiry date of your card.
9. Review and Place Your Order
Click "Next" button to review your order. When you are ready, click the "Place Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order successfully, you will see your order number.
10. Check Your Order Status
You can check the status of your ordered books by accessing “Your orders” from the top left hand “Your Page” button after login to your online account. If you have placed an order under Guest checkout, please email us at siamparagon@kinokuniya.com with your Order No to enquire.
